Autumn Has Arrived

Autumnal Equinox Family.......If you didn't know, Yesterday you could stand an egg up on end and it will stay there.

The cooler temps have arrived and Porter has been dressin pretty dapper in new B-Day clothes.

Unfortunately he has such a buddha belly that he busts out quickly.

Here he sporting his new kicks and daddy's fav, the snowboard shirt!

Much to the questioning of many people, we know and don't know, where's his shoes, Well now the Wee Man is rocking some Super Slueth kicks.

So The Pirate Throw down Was of HeArTy PorTions.

FiRst Mate Summy Sum SumARR! was at Captian Porter's side.

Main Crew Leader NastyNolan kept some in line,

Able crew hands Admiral Adrianna, CraFty Corine, Jolly Jonathon worked the crowd for the looting!

Family began Loading the Deadman's Vessell around High Noon and we set sail till evening.

The CaPtain Took NO nAps UnTil the Seas settled down for the evening.

Much StRain was put onto the pArents of the little Captian. But they weather the storm well.

Next day he was so happy he decided to start walking on his own. Now he is on the cruise.

A huge thanks to all that those who made the Voyage with us this last year.

For Kel and I it has been a ride that we could have never imagined.

We are so grateful to have him, we love the little man's take on the world....

Life seems hectic more than ever. We have a full time pirate in the house making his daily tyrantical demand upon his parents. The glue is that he is cute, so we deal with his demands for the most part.

Our little Porter is walking with assistence, and has been for 6 months now and it would seem that he is not really feeling like he wants to roll solo. Yelling gibberish, a string of dada's and some mamamama's is his pirate speak these days. No doubt he is vocal. He has a a full line up of funny faces that he will make to get his responses from ya.

With September 11 around the corner completing a year with us, we don't know where the time has gone and can't believe he has been with that long, but, we can't remember life without him either. What a double edged pirate sword!

ALL HANDS ON DECK..........There is a party a brewing off the PORT BOW!

So September 12 @ 1:00pm aboard the vessel known as

SS "Dead MAN's View" on Kennedy Road, ELKINS,WV.....

we will be celebrating our little pirate turning 1!
